Dear Sandra,
I just wanted to say "Thank-you" for all
your hard work for helping us to find and purchase
our dream home. We were lucky to have a realtor that
cares about her clients, and that would be Sandra
Fish. Whenever we had a question, no matter what time
of day, she always answered her phone, it never went
to voicemail. Sandra was always there with a word
of encouragement if we felt overwhelmed with the home

How are you doing? I just retired in May and Moe retired
the other day. It is really great, so far...Moe bought
a house in Port Charlotte, Florida. It is fairly new,
2006 and in a great neighborhood. We really like it
and are planning on spending winters there. Moe does
miss his house on School Street. Big adjustment. Hey,
take care and maybe we will see you some day.

least partly responsible for me having a terrific summer!!
In late spring, your agent, Larry O'Toole, and your
agency sold my property. Because of the uniqueness of
the property, other agencies had failed. You can only
imagine what a relief that was when the sale was finally
made. I loved the property, but it was TIME to go..........and
you made that happen.
Less than two months later, I had the opportunity to
work with another of your real estate agents, Sandra
Fish. With Sandra's help, I found just the right property
for me.............found it, inspected the systems,
tested what needed to be tested, negotiated, and CLOSED
in a month and four days!!!! I can't emphasize enough
what a pleasure it was to work with Sandra. She guided
me through paper work and red tape. Sandra smoothly
set everything in motion, followed through on every
site visit, personally answered every phone call, and
was constantly full of reassurance. I loved her EFFICIENCY.................no
stress or frustration for me (can you believe that??)
I'm now a very happy home owner and it has all been
accomplished before the start of a new school year.

Dear Sandra:
I am not good at writing things like this, But I gave
it a whack.
During the past 14 years I have purchased three and
sold two properties through Realtors. Sandra Fish is
by far the best of the realtors I worked with. She was
always cheerful, positive and smiling while politely
ensuring the interests of both seller and buyer were
protected.
Sandra was very professional and I highly recommend
her. I will employ her again if I do any real estate
transactions in her area.

Sandra,
I wanted to let you know that we received the info you
collected for us. We are so impressed with your organization
and thoroughness, not to mention your great smile. We
wish that you were in the Portland area, for we need
to do a thorough search here before we start seriously
looking up your way. However, we have not found the
service to be as good down here as your company has
provided and we would definately like to work with you
if we continue our search further north in the future.
We feel we need to focus on a shorter commute, especially
with the threat of gas prices to skyrocket. However,
we do feel that the waterfront property in Topsham and
the historic house at 58 Bedford in Bath are exceptional
and are worth a drive by. We will let you know if we
wish to pursue them any further. Thank you so much for

Hi Sandy:
I want to thank you for everything especially your honesty
and warmth. This sale was a necessary but difficult
move for us - especially my Mom. While she seems to
have no desire to go back to Maine, she had hoped to
leave me the house but more importantly it severs all
ties to what was home for a long time and closes another
door in both our lives. So thank you for making it easier.
Please convey to the buyers that we wish them much happiness
in their new home and that they have wonderful neighbors.
